  Linda gets my highest recommendation. She was with us every step of the way when I sold my condominium and bought a new house. It was the bottom of the real estate market and no one could sell a condo. Amazingly, Linda sold my condo in no time to someone who had no contingencies and wanted to move in as soon as possible! (It was the only condo sold in my Association that year.) The race was on and we had to find and finance a new house as quickly as possible (over July 4th weekend.). She was patient, generous with her time and knowledge and always delightful to be with as we dragged her all over the Seacoast. When we found the house of our dreams, Linda was persistent and thorough and followed up every detail as we went through complicated inspections, financing and closing. She was in touch daily with all aspects of the sale and managed all of this with her warmth, grace and good humor. We feel so grateful to have found her.

  It was an absolute pleasure working with Linda. We were referred to her through another agent who was initially helping us search for a house in NH, but after deciding to extend our search to ME we needed a licensed realtor there. Linda couldn’t have been a more perfect fit. Very quick with getting us into showings asap, very knowledgeable about the industry and home improvements, impeccable response time with emails and phone calls, plus a great personality and sense of humor that made the whole process fun and enjoyable. Would recommend her over and over again!!
